Events<\/h3>\n\n- We run an increasing number of events for our members throughout the year, including workshops and Q&A panels – all included in the cost of your annual membership. These range from accent and screenwriting workshops to Q&As with casting directors and discussions about industry issues such as diversity. - We have BSL interpreters available for all our events and ensure as many of our events as possible are at accessible venues. Subtitles are always available on our webinars and workshops. If you have any access requirements, please email performer.success@spotlight.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- We work with our performer members and our agent and casting members to compile and promote helpful resources. We provide regular tailored events and recent topics discussed at the Spotlight Conference<\/a> include sessions on balancing AI with the human element in casting, protecting DEI progress, and managing artists\u2019 digital footprints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Earlier this year we partnered with Wellbeing in the Arts<\/a>, where Spotlight members who are now 18+ and based in the UK and Ireland can get access to up to six counselling or coaching<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\nOur members are at the heart of everything we do. We have a series of\u00a0Powerful Pause meditations<\/a>\u00a0available for members to listen to and a dedicated\u00a0mental health and wellbeing hub<\/a>\u00a0to help\u00a0members navigate their way in the industry.<\/p>\nDiscounts<\/h3>\n
