The ceremony, hosted by Spotlight member David Tennant, took place at the Royal Festival Hall and celebrates excellence in film over the past year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclave<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Brutalist<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> were the big winners of the night, each ending the evening with four awards. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclave<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> won Best Film, Outstanding British Film, Adapted Screenplay and Editing, while <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Brutalist<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> took home the awards for Director, Leading Actor (for Adrien Brody), Cinematography and Original Score.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wicked<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emilia P\u00e9rez<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Real Pain<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span
