The CDG Casting Awards, now in their seventh year, celebrates and rewards the fantastic work across film, television, theatre and commercials by casting teams.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A variety of well-known performers were there on the night to present the awards, including Spotlight members Lorraine Ashbourne, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotlight.com\/news-and-advice\/rosalind-eleazars-tips-for-spotlight-prize-nominees\/\">Rosalind Eleazar<\/a>, Alex Hassell, Bronwyn James, Lennie James, Kadiff Kirwan, Jack Lowden, Eddie Marsan, Tim McInnerny, Cormac McAlinden, Stephen Merchant, Nick Mohammed, Katherine Parkinson, Daisy Ridley, Joanna Scanlan and Jack Wolfe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spotlight member <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotlight.com\/news-and-advice\/getting-work\/skyfall-casting-director-debbie-mcwilliams-on-how-to-audition\/\">Debbie McWilliams<\/a> received a special recognition award to celebrate her casting career, most notably her work on the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">James Bond<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> franchise. Spotlight member Verity Naughton also had a successful night, taking home multiple awards for her casting work on The <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hills of California<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the \u2018Stingy Ol\u2019 Fella\u2019 commercial and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oliver!<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, Spotlight was proud to sponsor the \u2018Best Child Casting\u2019 award, which saw Verity Naughton and Spotlight member Kat Edmonds win for their work on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oliver!<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. We were thrilled to see other Spotlight members among the winners, including Stuart Burt, Amy Ball, Julia Horan, <a
