Alyssa Thabisile Sibanda of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Senam Akpokavi of Arts Educational Schools win the Spotlight Prize 2024.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Since the 1950s, the Spotlight Prize<\/a> has been an exciting opportunity for graduates to perform in front of an audience of industry professionals. A \u00a32000 prize is given each year to two students. They must show great talent in screen or stage performance. This year, our expert panels of judges<\/a> had a tough choice to make.<\/span><\/p>\n

More than 70 drama schools and universities were asked to nominate a student from their graduating class. From the 22 finalists chosen, we now have a winner for the Stage and Screen awards.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re delighted to announce that Alyssa Thabisile Sibanda of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School has won the prize for Best Actor (Stage) and Senam Akpokavi of Arts Educational Schools has won the prize for Best Actor (Screen). Congratulations to you both!<\/span><\/p>\n
