In what was a hugely successful night for Jamie Lloyd\u2019s <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sunset Boulevard<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which landed seven awards, including \u2018Best Director\u2019, Nicole Sherzinger was also given her first Olivier for \u2018Best Actress in a Musical\u2019, highlighting a recent trend in celebrity casting. Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber also added to his previous haul of five Olivier awards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award ceremony was hosted by former Olivier-nominee and Spotlight member Hannah Waddingham, who also opened the ceremony with a rendition of \u2018Anything Goes\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other winners on the night included <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dear England, Operation Mincemeat<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stranger Things: The First Shadow<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each winning two awards.
