{"id":1338,"date":"2020-04-06T16:50:25","date_gmt":"2020-04-06T16:50:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spotlight.com\/?p=1338"},"modified":"2024-10-30T16:28:44","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T16:28:44","slug":"spotlight-s-digital-self-tape-casting-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spotlight.com\/news-and-advice\/spotlight\/spotlight-s-digital-self-tape-casting-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Spotlight\u2019s Digital Self-Tape Casting Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>We&#8217;re thrilled to be offering our casting subscribers access to remote self-tape casting services.<\/h2>\n<h4>How does it work?<\/h4>\n<p>It&#8217;s simple!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We provide you with a self-tape submission link.<\/li>\n<li>You pass this link on to any performers you want to see for your casting.<\/li>\n<li>This link opens up a headsheet and Artist&#8217;s Declaration form that they fill out (via web or smartphone), and also prompts them to upload their self-tape files.<\/li>\n<li>The upload of the forms and their footage is pinged into a folder on our end.<\/li>\n<li>We take the video file and upload it to our bespoke casting website.<\/li>\n<li>Once all the footage is uploaded, we&#8217;ll send you a new link to your casting website where you can both view and download all the self-tape submissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What are the conditions?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All performers must submit their self-tapes using the online form that we provide. We will not accept any footage sent via email, WeTransfer, Tagmin, Vimeo or other file sharing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that\u00a0ALL submitted video footage must be filmed in landscape\u00a0&#8211; this includes idents!
