Among its 13 nominations for the BAFTA Film awards are Best Film, Director, Leading Actor for Michael B. Jordan and Supporting Actress for Wunmi Mosaku. Other top nominees include <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hamnet<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marty Supreme<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frankenstein<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentimental Value<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the Oscars may only be introducing the Best Casting award this year, the BAFTA Film Awards have been honouring the essential work of casting directors since 2020. This year, the nominees for the Casting award are Cassandra Kulukundis, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spotlight.com\/news-and-advice\/casting-director-francine-maisler-on-sinners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Francine Maisler<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Jennifer Venditti, Yngvill Kolset Haga, Avy Kaufman and British casting director Lauren Evans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winners of the EE BAFTA Film Awards will be revealed on 22 February 2026 at the Southbank Centre\u2019s Royal Festival Hall in London, in
